We’re Reimagining Classic Disney Characters in Japanese Art Styles for Big Hero 6 We can’t control our excitement for Big Hero 6! Since the film opens this Friday and we don’t have to wait much longer, we’re in a celebratory mood. We asked our talented design team to dream up their favorite Disney characters in the style of different types of Japanese art. Why? Well, first of all because our designers are great, but equally because the animators who worked on Big Hero 6 were very inspired by Japanese architecture, culture, and art when creating the world and characters of the film.
